Returning your product because you changed your mind 

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings, unless they are faulty.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. 

After 28 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE FROM OUR ONLINE SHOP

You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
